About the Role
As a Senior Director, Product & Services Enablement Learning, you will report to the VP of Product Innovation, Design, and Learning. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining training content for customers and partners, managing global teams, and collaborating with various departments to enhance customer learning experiences. You will also be involved in instructional design and curriculum development, ensuring effective training delivery through a hybrid model of online and instructor-led sessions.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience building customer-facing learning programs in a large-scale SaaS company.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills with senior leaders across multiple functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy and accountability.
Preferred:
- Experience with DMS product expertise.
- Established dealership executive leadership network.
