About the Role
As a Senior Digital Optimization Manager, you will focus on optimizing content delivery and ensuring effective conversion across digital properties. You will lead website experimentation strategies, manage comprehensive SEO strategies, and work closely with content and creative teams to enhance user experience and visibility in AI-driven search platforms.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with deep expertise in technical SEO, website optimization, experimentation, and performance personalization.
- Expert-level knowledge of SEO tools and implementation (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, schema markup tools).
- Proven ability to lead comprehensive SEO strategy and execution independently, including technical audits and implementation.
- Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and structured data implementation.
Preferred:
- Experience with generative engine optimization (GEO) and AI-driven discovery platforms.
- Advanced experience with experimentation platforms, including A/B testing design and implementation.
- Proficiency in web analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics) and creating reporting dashboards.
- Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM/ABX) strategies.
