About You
- 5+ years of industry experience in data science and analytics.
- Extensive experience with supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms, including GLMs.
- Strong understanding of predictive and prescriptive analytics and data visualization.
- Significant programming experience in Python and SQL.
- Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience in property and casualty insurance or knowledge of actuarial concepts.
- Advanced knowledge of model tuning, evaluation, and operationalization.
- Experience with Deep Learning libraries (Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.
- Experience with Text Analytics and Natural Language Processing.
