About the Role
As a Senior Corporate Transactional Attorney, you will lead and manage sophisticated corporate transactions, advise high-value private business clients, draft and negotiate agreements, collaborate with attorneys across departments, and build long-term client relationships.
About You
Required:
8–12 years of relevant corporate transactional experience.
Strong background in M&A, corporate agreements, and general business transactions.
Proven ability to independently manage matters for private businesses of significant scale and complexity.
Preferred:
Team-oriented, collaborative approach to working with colleagues at different levels of seniority.
No existing book of business required.
