About You
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with NASA SEWP.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years of specialized experience.
- 7+ years of federal government contracting experience.
- Expertise in contract life cycle support from administration to acquisition planning and performance metrics.
- Expert knowledge in contract management and/or project support management.
- Experience managing level of effort and support services contracts, coordinating technical and business management.
- Knowledge of contracting techniques including management principles, cost, scheduling, and control measures.
- Experience reviewing proposed subcontractor plans.
- Knowledge of cost and price analysis techniques for labor, direct and indirect costs, and contract deliverables.
- Skill in negotiation techniques and devising negotiation strategies in various contracting environments.
