About the Role
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will lead discovery, requirement gathering, and solution design workshops with clients. You will configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools, act as Product Owner on assigned projects, and manage backlogs. Your responsibilities also include creating comprehensive documentation, participating in pre-sales efforts, mentoring junior consultants, and maintaining client relationships.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service/Community Cloud Consultant).
- At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or solution architecture with a proven track record of successful enterprise implementations.
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation, data modeling, and integrations using declarative tools.
- Experience with Agile project management, including backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
- Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
