- Minimum 5 years Project Management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
- Superior time management skills.
- Ability to maintain professional tact in a fast-paced work environment.
- Relationship management experience with government/city officials and clients.
- Civil and/or telecommunications construction background.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- PMP certification.
