About the Role

As a Senior Compliance Manager - Sanctions, you will lead complex investigations into potential sanctions violations, analyze high-risk transactions, and prepare detailed investigative reports. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure effective risk mitigation and stay updated on evolving sanctions regulations. Additionally, you will mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of sanctions compliance processes.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in sanctions investigations or financial crime compliance.
In-depth knowledge of global sanctions regimes, including OFAC, UN, EU, CA, UK.
Proven ability to conduct complex investigations from initial alert to final report.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in financial crime compliance systems and tools.

Preferred:

Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CGSS).
Experience in a financial institution, regulatory body, or consulting firm.
