About You
- Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 9 or more years of experience in Commercial Credit, Commercial banking, Consumer, or Small Business.
- 4 or more years managing a large complex Commercial portfolio of clients.
- Commercial lending experience in the local market.
- Strong command of credit and risk principles, banking policies, and procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Business knowledge of specialized industries such as Agriculture, Commercial Real Estate, or Government Services.
- Proven success in leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams.
