Summary
Linscomb Wealth is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to join their team in Houston, TX. The role involves providing exemplary service to clients and mentoring the Client Service team.
About the Role
As a Senior Client Service Associate, you will demonstrate proficiency in all Client Service Associate functions, working with both new and existing client relationships. You will serve as a mentor for the Client Service team, providing training and guidance on practice standards and complex client situations. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, handling incoming calls and emails, facilitating account paperwork, and managing complex client situations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Seven or more years of experience in Client Service.
- Prior experience with Fidelity and/or Schwab custodial platforms.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with a CRM Database or Financial Industry software.
