EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Senior Client Manager- Construction to join their team in Newport Beach, CA or Ontario, CA. The role involves managing client service delivery throughout the insurance renewal and policy period for an assigned book of business in the construction sector.
About the Role
As a Senior Client Manager, you will work closely with Producers, Client Executives, and the account team to enhance and expand client relationships. Your responsibilities will include processing applications and policies, researching client inquiries, preparing presentations, managing invoicing, and maintaining agency management systems. You will also oversee the renewal process and ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 7+ years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role from an insurance broker.
- 3+ years of construction commercial account management experience.
- Property and Casualty Broker License.
Preferred:
- Insurance industry designations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
