About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior benefits role.
- Strong understanding of employee benefit programs and applicable regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, and communication tools like Canva.
- Experience managing data within HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a Hybrid setting.
