About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Battery & Charging Programs, you will manage battery repair SOPs, develop charging infrastructure strategies, serve as a global expert for battery operations, collaborate with hardware teams, analyze performance metrics, and innovate operational processes.
About You
Required:
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Finance, or analytical roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly inquisitive and data-driven.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and data management.
- Solid SQL skills and experience managing dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Preferred:
- Experience in battery operations or related fields.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and troubleshoot issues effectively.
