About the Role
As a Senior Architect, you will manage projects ensuring compliance with building regulations, produce detailed technical drawings, and liaise with local authorities, contractors, and clients. You will work on a diverse range of projects, including listed buildings and new builds, and conduct site meetings to resolve on-site issues.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience post Part III.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy.
Preferred:
- Confidence working across all RIBA stages.
- Experience managing projects on-site and answering queries that may come up.
