About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, performing month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring tax compliance, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, conducting financial analysis, processing payroll, maintaining internal controls, identifying process improvements, and mentoring junior team members.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial software, ERP systems, and payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Paylocity, Paychex).
Preferred:
- Interpersonal skills with experience in process change.
