- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Proficiency with Excel and standard accounting tools.
- CPA or Master's degree.
- Background in public accounting or a public/private mix.
- Experience in hospitality or real estate.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
