About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you will identify and pursue new IT staffing opportunities, build and grow client relationships, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, drive revenue through strategic account development, meet weekly KPIs, and collaborate with recruiters and teammates to deliver results.
About You
Required:
Prior IT staffing sales experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven.
Preferred:
College degree.
