About the Role
As a Security Product Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the evolution of EarthCam's security monitoring service, implementing new features, conducting competitive research, and collaborating with engineering and sales teams to meet client objectives. You will also maintain communication with internal and external teams, ensure security installations meet specifications, and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.
- Experience or understanding of sub-contracting/vendor management.
