As a Security Guard/Membership Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of program participants, monitoring behavior, maintaining accurate attendance records, implementing discipline policies, and assisting with special events and activities. You will also represent the organization to parents and the community, promoting knowledge and interest in BGCCIL programs.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of youth development and ability to motivate and guide youth.
- Valid Illinois Drivers License.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and supervise participants to maintain a safe environment.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and commitment in personal contact with participants and parents.
