About the Role
As a Security Dispatcher, you will operate various communications equipment, monitor security cameras, and provide quality customer service while ensuring a safe and secure environment. You will also participate in training and maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma.
- Two years of customer service experience in an environment with frequent interruptions.
- Demonstrated proficiency with basic computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Ability to provide quality customer service with a professional and helpful telephone manner.
- Must submit to and pass a criminal background check.
Preferred:
- Experience in emergency call center operations.
- Certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid, Certified 911 Telecommunicator, AVADE/HDTS De-Escalation Training, FEMA ICS 100, and Sentry-RMS Law Enforcement Training.
