About the Role
As a Seasonal Senior Manager, you will be responsible for delivering tax guidance and consulting services, including tax accounting, planning for internal restructurings, acquisitions, and financial statement preparation. You will also review tax provision processes to enhance efficiency and assess tax risks, ensuring compliance with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant tax or legal experience; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred.
- Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS.
- Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation.
- Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Strong ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 experience.
- Experience in corporate tax planning and compliance.
- Relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry.
