About the Role

As a Seasonal Credentialed Tax Expert, you will help customers complete their taxes by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and managing product inquiries. You will utilize video communication tools to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records. This position allows for 100% remote work and requires a minimum of 20 hours per week.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools.

Ability to work in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
