About the Role
As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. You will coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization, design and maintain custom JIRA dashboards, automate reporting, and coordinate infrastructure projects.
About You
Required:
- Experience as a Scrum Master in technical environments.
- Experience in JIRA and JQL scripting.
- Understanding of data center components: servers, networking, virtualization, and storage.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM)
