- Five years manufacturing and troubleshooting experience.
- Good math aptitude and good blueprint reading abilities.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Good understanding of SPC and the basic elements of TQM and GD&T.
- 2 plus years of experience on Escomatic screw machines (D2, D5, D6).
