About the Role
As a Scientist II, you will lead and optimize research on next generation cell therapies, perform functional characterization of T cells, execute evaluations using in vitro assays and in vivo models, and design and interpret research involving molecular and cell biology techniques. You will also analyze and present data to various audiences and explore published literature for novel solutions.
About You
Required:
- PhD in Biology or related discipline.
- 3 years of experience in cell therapy with cell culture methods, quantitative PCR, and functional characterization of T cells.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with in-vivo CAR virus evaluation.
- Proficient in cell-based assays with various read out technologies such as flowcytometer, Incucyte, Xcelligence.
