About the Role
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling home care services based on clients' needs and caregiver availability. Your tasks will include assigning caregivers, managing incoming calls, adapting to scheduling changes, maintaining accurate records using HHAeXchange, and providing general administrative support. You will also liaise between caregivers, clients, and healthcare professionals to ensure efficient service delivery.
About You
Required:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Creole.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in home care scheduling or healthcare coordination.
- Proficiency with HHAeXchange or similar scheduling platforms.
