Summary
PennPak Solutions is seeking a Sanitation Technician Level II to join their team in Bethlehem, PA. The role involves cleaning production equipment, machines, and work areas in the processing facility.
About the Role
As a Sanitation Technician Level II, you will be responsible for cleaning and verifying the proper cleaning of all equipment, operating COP/CIP wash systems, and maintaining a safe and orderly work area according to GMP and Safety guidelines. You will also handle and prepare cleaning chemicals, monitor chemical concentrations, and perform basic troubleshooting of sanitation equipment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.
- At least 1 year of sanitation experience required.
- Knowledge of sanitation chemicals and food facility cleaning processes.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Proficient with data entry and checklists.
Preferred:
- Experience with sanitation equipment in a food manufacturing environment.
- Effective team-oriented collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
