As a System Administrator, Salesforce.com, you will be responsible for Level I and II support calls, working with Salesforce.com Premier Support, and performing overall setup, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce.com. You will support National Account Sales and Service Teams, ensure Salesforce.com Sales Policies & Procedures are enforced, and work closely with the IT department on project requirements. You will also collaborate with frontline leadership teams to identify enhancements, work with the Sales Reporting Team to create reports and dashboards, and maintain custom tools integrated into the application. Additionally, you will work with AppExchange partners, support technological alignment efforts, and build relationships across Vestis functional areas.

About You

Required:

Minimum 2 years of Systems Administration experience with Salesforce.com, Siebel, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or a comparable SFA/CRM application.
3-5 years of experience within a large sales organization with many sales channels.
Skilled and proficient in MS Office O365 suite.
Demonstrated system administration skills, including Setup, Configuration, Automation and Flow.
Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
Be legally able to work in the United States: U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident.
