About the Role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce organization, managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings. You will create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows, while developing reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting issues, overseeing integrations with other business systems, and designing training resources to enhance user adoption and efficiency.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Service Cloud required, Sales Cloud & Field Service preferred).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security model, and automation tools (Flow, Workflow Rules, Apex).
- Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and API fundamentals.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) preferred.
