About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities in extrusion coating services, manage and grow key customer accounts, and partner with engineering and production teams to ensure successful project handoff. You will also develop proposals and forecasts based on client needs, build long-term relationships with clients, and attend industry events and trade shows, requiring periodic travel outside of the state.
About You
Required:
- Experience in B2B technical or industrial sales, ideally with extrusion coating, paper, or packaging industries.
- Proven ability to generate and close new business in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelors degree.
- Mechanical aptitude to understand product specifications.
Preferred:
- Preferred understanding of extrusion coating processes, paper grades, and thermoplastic materials.
- Proficient in using digital tools for client communication and data management.

- Base Salary: $90k - $110k
