About the Role
As a Sales Operations Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include managing orders, coordinating schedules, resolving customer issues, overseeing project closeout, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will also be involved in budgeting, cost management, and analyzing job site productivity.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, construction management, or business degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of project or construction management experience in a technical/industrial environment.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with HVAC and industrial cooling systems.
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, Salesforce, and order/forecast systems.
