- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement (tech, SaaS, or beauty industry preferred).
- Proven track record of closing deals in the $50K-$500K range.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales metrics and market data.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
- Understanding of the American beauty/skincare market or ability to quickly learn complex technical products.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to communicate technical benefits to non-technical buyers.
- Existing network within US beauty or retail industries.
