WellPower is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join their team in Denver, CO. The role involves coordinating, implementing, and expanding safety programs across the organization.
About the Role
As a Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing safety programs and procedures, conducting audits, training safety captains, and collaborating with various teams to enhance safety measures. You will also manage the security video surveillance system and assist in responding to safety-related incidents and concerns.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a safety or security related field.
- Minimum 1 year of health, safety and/or environmental related experience.
- Experience with OSHA regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience working in the behavioral health field.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in matters involving safety, security, and/or personnel issues.
