About You
- 3+ years of experience as a CNC Technician or Setter, ideally with ATL or AFP machines.
- Associate's degree or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution.
- Strong understanding of CNC code, machine offsets, and setup procedures.
- Strong IT skills, proficient in MS applications.
- Able to read technical drawings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven record of mechanical maintenance.
- Knowledge of QMS systems in manufacturing.
- Previous experience operating or maintaining a robot cell.
- Experience of root cause analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with composite materials (e.g. carbon fibre prepreg) and aerospace manufacturing standards.
- Use of 3D Model applications (i.e Solidworks or eDrawings).
