About the Role
As a Robotics Platform Operator, you will be responsible for operating robotic platforms and laboratory automation to execute high-throughput biochemical and cell-based assays, perform quality control and calibration of equipment, troubleshoot lab instrumentation, optimize workflows, and manage maintenance of robotic platforms. You will work in a collaborative environment to ensure high-quality results are delivered in a timely manner.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in a relevant field, or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in automated platform operation, or Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED with 6 years of experience.
Preferred:
- Master's in chemical biology, biology, chemistry, or a relevant field.
- Experience in operating and maintaining integrated lab automation platforms.
- Experience programming scheduling software.
- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluidic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience running and troubleshooting lab instrumentation.
