About the Role
As a Night Nurse Supervisor, you will manage staffing, admissions, discharges, resident education, and address family and resident concerns. You will supervise staff performance, ensure policy adherence, complete documentation, monitor labs and resident reports, oversee meal service, respond to concerns, participate in quality improvement, and assist with administrative tasks.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN or ASN).
- Valid nursing license.
- CPR certification.
Preferred:
- Experience in ventilator, critical care, or special care.
- Ability to follow medical instructions, communicate effectively, organize work, supervise staff tactfully, and maintain a positive attitude.
