As an RN Float Pool PRN, you will be responsible for collaborating with various professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery. Your daily tasks will include obtaining and maintaining competencies in multiple care areas, collecting and analyzing patient health data, developing and implementing care plans, and participating in quality-of-care activities.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
Preferred:
- 3-5 years of hospital experience.
- Proficient with computer systems and oral and written communication skills.
