Haven Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Farmer City, IL. The role involves providing individualized care and ensuring a smooth transition during patients' recuperation process.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants, completing required record keeping, preparing and administering medications, and making daily rounds in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate and quality-driven care to residents.
About You
Required:
- Nursing License required by the state.
- Ability to work every other weekend.
- Compliant with the state’s Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and able to handle stress.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with hospital health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
- Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks.
