About the Role
As an RN in the Emergency Room, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, conduct thorough patient assessments, administer medications, assist physicians during procedures, and respond to medical emergencies. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans and advocate for patients' rights and needs.
About You
Required:
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required.
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required.
Preferred:
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred.
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation preferred.
