About the Role
As the RN Director of Emergency Department, you will monitor the overall performance of the department, provide direction to staff, manage customer satisfaction, oversee financial management, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate communication with employees. You will also be responsible for employee competency evaluations and performance improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Registered Nurse with a valid Georgia license.
- Two years of hospital management experience.
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience.
- Certifications in CPI, BCLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Preferred:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN).
