About the Role
As an RN Clinical Care Coordinator, you will assess educational needs, facilitate unit compliance, and assist the Clinical Nurse Manager with planning and implementing unit activities. You will collaborate with the Cardiothoracic Surgery team to provide care coordination and education for both outpatient and inpatient cardiac patients.
About You
Required:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience in the cardiovascular field.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- ACLS certification within 60 days of employment.
- Experience in open-heart recovery.
- Demonstrated leadership and teaching abilities.
