About the Role
As an OR RN, you will coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established clinical protocols. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, administering medications, assisting during surgical procedures, and advocating for patient needs. You will also engage in professional development and participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
About You
Required:
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required.
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required.
Preferred:
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred.
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation preferred.
