About the Role
As an RN in the Operating Room, you will coordinate the use of supplies and equipment for pre and intraoperative care, perform circulating functions, act as a patient advocate, and monitor the surgical environment to ensure aseptic techniques are followed. You will work on a rotating schedule that includes weekends, call, and holidays.
About You
Required:
- Current RN PA license in good standing.
- Minimum one year of RN experience.
- Minimum one year of OR RN experience.
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
Preferred:
- Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
- Preference for employees on current night schedule on unit.
