As an RN - Detox, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. You will also ensure compliance with hospital policies, maintain a safe environment, and participate in quality improvement activities. The role requires effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members, as well as adherence to professional standards and regulations.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Must possess an active RN license in the state of TN or hold a compact State RN license with the intent to obtain a TN RN license within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum of six (6) months' recent experience as a professional nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) current or must obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) current or must obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) current or must obtain within 90 days of hire.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency of 50 percent of the skills required for Level II.
