About the Role
As a RN/LPN Nurse-Memory Support, you will be responsible for administering medications, coordinating care with appropriate personnel, documenting resident information, and assisting with various medical procedures. You will work the 11pm-7am shift and play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors in the community.
About You
Required:
- Valid PA LPN/RN license
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with seniors
Preferred:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
