About the Role
As a Risk Placement Lead, Financial Lines, you will proactively solicit new and renewal business, act as a resource for carrier information, mentor team members, manage onboarding processes, hold renewal meetings, develop submission narratives, negotiate renewal terms, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. You will collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Four-year degree preferred.
- Property and Casualty License from the state of domicile.
- 3-5 years' experience in risk placement initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Insurance designations (e.g., CISR, CIC, CPCU).
- Prior experience in a mentor capacity or leading project teams.
- In-depth understanding of various liability coverages.
