Summary
Sigma is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves acting as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the Americas and EMEA leadership teams, focusing on sales process improvement and analytics.
About the Role
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement, maintain and improve analytics and reporting frameworks, and communicate effectively with senior leadership. You will also coordinate with revenue operations teammates on systems and process improvements for the sales organization.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Sales or Revenue Operations.
- Deep knowledge of sales and marketing funnels.
- Strong desire to use data to solve large and complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Crisp written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of GTM processes managed in Salesforce.com.
- Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills.
Preferred:
- Experience leading Sales Operations in the Software-as-a-Service, BI/Analytics, or Cloud Computing industries.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
