About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you will supervise and lead retail associates, ensure excellent customer service, assign tasks, coach employees, maintain store operations in the absence of management, and resolve workplace issues. You will also prepare reports, promote productivity, and maintain a clean work environment.

About You

Required:

High school graduate or equivalent.
2 years of experience in retail with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
2 years of customer service/retail experience.

Preferred:

1 year of supervisory experience.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
