About the Role
As a Retail Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, assisting with inventory management, and serving as an in-store expert for Xfinity Mobile support. Your daily tasks will include greeting customers, performing non-sales transactions, and ensuring that the sales floor is accessible and well-maintained.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
Preferred:
- Strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services.
- Experience in customer service or retail environments.
