About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, collaborate with team members to create a productive store environment, recommend products and services to enhance customer experience, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety policies. You will also stay updated on automotive parts and tools, and use diagnostic tools to assist customers.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
- Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
- Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
- Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in automotive retail.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
